Team Bernie was inspired by the mittens worn by Senator Bernie Sanders during the 2021 inauguration. It seemed fitting to design a hat to round off his winter gear.

This unisex hat is knit in the round and will fit most adults. The brim starts with 1/2 of a Latvian braid to add texture and the illusion of sewed construction. The color work blends beautifully to yield a snowflake topped crown. The brim can be lined with fleece or with an extended knitted brim to provide extra warmth.
