Trout Brook Trail Cap is available as a kit that includes Croom Sound Farm Cashmere Sport Weight and a handmade cashmere pom pom to add an elegant finish. The pillowy 100% cashmere is undyed, and colored Taupe by mother nature.

In the spirit of slow fashion, the downy undercoat of the goat, which takes 365 days to grow, is collected in a short spring window by Croom Sound Farm located in Maryland. On average Farmer Beth Creamer collects four ounces (113 grams) of cashmere from each goat, which is then spun into beautiful, luxurious yarn by Still River Fiber Mill of Connecticut. Given Trout Brook Trail requires the downy fiber of almost one and one-half goats, we can only offer a
limited supply of kits.
